Instructions
- Add the cold water to a small bowl and sprinkle the gelatin on top. Let it sit to bloom.
- Pour the hot water over the bloomed gelatin and stir slowly until it melts completely.
- Add lemon juice, ACV, cinnamon, or cayenne if you want extra flavor.
- Pour the mix into a small cup or container.
- Chill in the fridge for 2 to 4 hours until firm.
- Enjoy chilled when cravings show up. Drink a little water afterward for extra fullness.

- Always bloom the gelatin in cold water first. This prevents clumps.
- Sugar free flavored gelatin works the same if you want a simple sweet taste.
