Description

A light, sweet, low-calorie snack that helps calm cravings and gives you a steady, full feeling. This jello trick for weight loss is quick, cheap, and great to keep in the fridge for late nights or busy days.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 packet unflavored gelatin or sugar free flavored gelatin
  • 2 tbsp cold water
  • 1 cup hot water
  • 1 to 2 tsp fresh lemon juice (optional)
  • 1 tsp apple cider vinegar (optional)
  • Pinch of cinnamon or tiny pinch of cayenne (optional)

Instructions

  1. Add the cold water to a small bowl and sprinkle the gelatin on top. Let it sit to bloom.
  2. Pour the hot water over the bloomed gelatin and stir slowly until it melts completely.
  3. Add lemon juice, ACV, cinnamon, or cayenne if you want extra flavor.
  4. Pour the mix into a small cup or container.
  5. Chill in the fridge for 2 to 4 hours until firm.
  6. Enjoy chilled when cravings show up. Drink a little water afterward for extra fullness.

Notes

  • Always bloom the gelatin in cold water first. This prevents clumps.
  • Sugar free flavored gelatin works the same if you want a simple sweet taste.
  • Start with small amounts of ACV or spices and adjust next time.
  • Let the snack chill fully for the best firm texture.
