Description

A calming, mineral-rich drink made with Persian blue salt, banana, warm milk, cinnamon, and almonds. It is a natural health drink designed to boost energy, improve stamina, and help men feel stronger.


Ingredients

  • ½ teaspoon Persian blue salt 
  • 1 ripe banana 
  • 1 teaspoon honey (or raw honey) 
  • 68 soaked almonds 
  • ¼ teaspoon cinnamon powder 
  • 1 cup warm milk (regular or almond) 
  • Optional: ½ teaspoon ashwagandha powder

Instructions

  1. Gently warm 1 cup of milk in a small pot; do not boil.
  2. Add the banana, soaked almonds, cinnamon powder, Persian blue salt, and optional ashwagandha powder to a blender.
  3. Pour in the warm milk and blend for 30-45 seconds, or until smooth and creamy.
  4. Drizzle in the honey and blend again to mix evenly.
