- 1 ripe banana
- 1 teaspoon honey (or raw honey)
- 6–8 soaked almonds
- ¼ teaspoon cinnamon powder
- 1 cup warm milk (regular or almond)
- Optional: ½ teaspoon ashwagandha powder
Instructions
- Gently warm 1 cup of milk in a small pot; do not boil.
- Add the banana, soaked almonds, cinnamon powder, Persian blue salt, and optional ashwagandha powder to a blender.
- Pour in the warm milk and blend for 30-45 seconds, or until smooth and creamy.
- Drizzle in the honey and blend again to mix evenly.
- Serve immediately, ideally 30 minutes before bedtime.
