Instructions
- In a container, combine the chia seeds, flaxseeds, sunflower seeds, and pumpkin seeds.

- Roast the mixture in an oven, on a stovetop pan, or in a microwave on medium heat for 4 minutes until aromatic and lightly crisp.
- Allow the seed mix to cool completely.
- Once cooled, stir in the optional nutritional yeast to enhance flavor and add nutrients.
- Store the finished seed mix in an airtight container.
