A simple, wellness drink. Part of the baking soda trick recipe, this no-cook recipe is used to support gut health and provide temporary acid-neutralizing effects.
Ingredients

- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 tablespoon ground turmeric
- 1/4 teaspoon sea salt (optional)
- 8–10 oz filtered water
- Juice of 1/2 lemon (optional)
Instructions
- Pour 8–10 oz of filtered water into a glass.
- Add 1 tsp baking soda and 1 tbsp turmeric.
- Stir in 1/4 tsp sea salt (optional).
- Add fresh lemon juice to taste (optional).
- Mix well and drink slowly.
- Stir occasionally while drinking to prevent turmeric from settling.
Notes
- Best Time: This drink works best on an empty stomach (like first thing in the morning).
- Don’t Overdo It: This is not a daily drink. Stick to 2-3 times per week, max.
