Description

A simple, wellness drink. Part of the baking soda trick recipe, this no-cook recipe is used to support gut health and provide temporary acid-neutralizing effects.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1 tablespoon ground turmeric
  • 1/4 teaspoon sea salt (optional)
  • 810 oz filtered water
  • Juice of 1/2 lemon (optional)

Instructions

  1. Pour 8–10 oz of filtered water into a glass.
  2. Add 1 tsp baking soda and 1 tbsp turmeric.
  3. Stir in 1/4 tsp sea salt (optional).
  4. Add fresh lemon juice to taste (optional).
  5. Mix well and drink slowly.
  6. Stir occasionally while drinking to prevent turmeric from settling.

Notes

  • Best Time: This drink works best on an empty stomach (like first thing in the morning).
